Attention all Canon 5D, 5D Mark II and 1Ds series shooters. Zeiss has finally released the 100/2 Makro-Planar T* lens in the ZE mount. Zeiss also released the 50/2 but who cares about that optic. The Zeiss Makro-Planar 100/2 lens, with its Arri optics, is the lens that Nikon shooters have enjoyed for a few years. Now Canon shooters can enjoy this fine optic as well.
Amazon states their resellers have this lens in stock. If you want to get your hands on the Makro-Planar ASAP I would order soon as I expect it to be popular.
